Return Policy

At The Four Corners, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your product, we're here to help.

Return Window:
  • General: We offer returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Holiday Exception: For orders placed between December 21, 2024, and December 31, 2024, returns must be received by January 31, 2025.
     

Return Conditions:
  • Items must be exchanged or returned in their original packaging.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they were received.
     

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products
     

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@thefourcorners.ca with your order details.
 

Return Shipping:
  • We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for online orders.

  • It will be the customer's responsibility for return shipping costs.
     

Refunds:
  • Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
     

Damaged Items:
  • If your package arrives damaged, you must report the damage to us within 10 days of receiving the delivery. This is a requirement of all shipping companies.

  • When reporting damaged packages, please include clear pictures of the damage(s).

  • Do not send back the damaged item until you receive confirmation from us.
